"My husband and I planned a 30 person wedding in Door County on Memorial Day Weekend. One of our top priorities for the wedding was to have an excellent meal for us and our guests. Unfortunately, one week before our wedding our catering plans fell through. During our scramble to find a caterer, we found Bert. Bert immediately responded to our call and worked swiftly to develop a menu that matched what we originally envisioned. He quickly sent us a quote and worked diligently throughout the rest of the week to ensure the menu was perfect and all food allergies were covered. He met with us at the venue the day prior to ensure he had all of the necessary equipment and setup. On the day of our wedding, we didn't know what to expect (as there was no time to do a tasting), but we were so impressed with the meal! Every dish that he brought was loved by us and our guests, from the meatball appetizer, to the amazing tenderloin and stuffed chicken we had as the main.
Overall, I was blown away with what Bert was able to pull off, especially given he had less than a week. His cooking skills speak for themself. His clear communication and responsiveness was greatly appreciated throughout the process and truly brought ease to a stressful situation. We are so fortunate that he answered our calls and provided us and our guests with an incredible meal."
